Joe's Nithilam is approximately 50 km from Chennai (1–1.10 hrs). We share the exact Google Maps location upon booking.
We have 1 farmhouse that can comfortably accommodate up to 3-5 guests. For smaller groups or special events, please contact us for custom arrangements.
We Arrange for traditional home-cooked South Indian meals — rice, sambar, rasam, kootu, chutneys, and fresh salads. Non-vegetarian options are available on advance request. If you'd prefer something else, we can arrange food for you on request, and online delivery through Swiggy and Zomato is also available at the farm.
Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets. Please inform us while booking so we can make suitable arrangements for your furry friend.
Absolutely! Joe's Nithilam is a paradise for children. Kids love the farm animals, the swimming pond (with adult supervision), outdoor games, and nature exploration. Children below 5 years stay free.
Cancellations 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–7 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for special circumstances.
Wi-Fi is currently not available at the farm — we encourage guests to disconnect and fully immerse in the farm experience. Mobile network coverage is fully available for most operators.
