Joe Nithilam is approximately 50 km from Chennai (1–1.10 hrs). We share the exact Google Maps location upon booking.

We have 1 farmhouse that can comfortably accommodate up to 3-5 guests. For smaller groups or special events, please contact us for custom arrangements.

We serve traditional home-cooked South Indian meals — rice, sambar, rasam, kootu, chutneys, and fresh salads — most of them prepared with vegetables grown on our farm. Non-vegetarian options are available on advance request.

Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets. Please inform us while booking so we can make suitable arrangements for your furry friend.

Absolutely! Joe Nithilam is a paradise for children. Kids love the farm animals, the swimming pond (with adult supervision), outdoor games, and nature exploration. Children below 5 years stay free.

Cancellations 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–7 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for special circumstances.

Basic Wi-Fi is available. However, we encourage guests to disconnect and fully immerse in the farm experience. Mobile network coverage is available for most operators.
